Die durchschnittliche Implantatlebensdauer betr\u00e4gt z.Zt. ca. 15-20 Jahre. Betrachtet man die Entz\u00fcndungsfreiheit der Implantate als wichtigen Gesundheitsparameter, so zeigen 2\/3 aller Implantate bereits nach 9 Jahre deutliche Entz\u00fcndungen (Periimplant\u00e4re Mucositis = Kollagenabbau am Implantathals Quelle: Studie Derks et.al.)<\/p>\n

Ziel der I LOVE MY IMPLANT Kampagne ist es, die entz\u00fcndungsfreie Implantatlebensdauer auf 25-30 Jahre durch Fr\u00fcherkennung und gezielte Pr\u00e4vention zu erh\u00f6hen, um so die Sicherheit, Gesundheit und Nachhaltigkeit von Implantatversorgungen zu f\u00f6rdern.
Bei mangelnder Pflege und Achtsamkeit k\u00f6nnen Implantate bereits in den ersten Jahren zu erheblichen Problemen f\u00fchren, bei regelm\u00e4\u00dfiger Pflege deutlich l\u00e4nger und mit professioneller Begleitung durch den Zahnarzt und regelm\u00e4\u00dfigen Check ups sogar \u00fcber 30 Jahre.<\/p>\n
