• 2019: Andreas Rötger founded Medentcon GmbH for dental coaching
• 2014: Andreas Rötger set up a nationwide practice network for dental practices with the aim of concluding individual contracts with health insurance companies and insurers.
• 2006 to 2015: Andreas Rötger built up the competence center for modern dentistry Dr. Rossa & Partner, Ludwigshafen, into one of the largest practices in Germany at a single location. (29 treatment rooms / 55,000 patients)
• 2006 to 2015: Andreas Rötger built up the commercial dental laboratory Dr. Rossa & Partner into one of the largest digital dental laboratories in southwest Germany (41 employees)
• 2004 to 2006: Andreas Rötger built up the Alphatech Implant System, with the corresponding reference customer structure, as well as the sales specialists and product management
• 2002: Andreas Rötger founded the management consultancy Rötger
• 1999 to 2002: Andreas Rötger built up solutio GmbH, Holzgerlingen, from a start-up company to a medium-sized enterprise as the responsible Sales and Marketing Manager.
• 1997 to 1999: Andreas Rötger was responsible Key Account Manager at Nobel Biocare, Cologne
