Become a senator

As a member of the Health Senate of the German Oral Health Foundation, the members of the Board of Directors and the management are my personal contacts. By signing below, I accept the current version of the Articles of Association and the membership fee regulations. My membership is for at least two years. It will be extended for a further year if it is not terminated in writing to Deutsche MundgesundheitsStiftung GmbH, Bonner Str. 84, 42697 Solingen, Germany, at least three months before the end of the membership year. I agree that the data relating to the membership may be stored and transmitted to the Senate subdivisions and cooperation partners, insofar as this is necessary for the usual support or proper execution of the contractual relationships. I also wish to receive information, invitations and news from the Health Senate electronically. I also agree to the data highlighted in gray in this declaration of acceptance for publication in the protected, internal area. I am aware that Health Senate events will be reported on in the media in words and pictures. I agree to this, even if I myself am shown in the picture. The data protection regulations remain unaffected.
