The Health Senate of the German Oral Health Foundation (DMS) includes leading experts from the fields of dentistry, medicine, dental hygiene, science, business, professional associations, and dental practices from well beyond Germany's borders.
The Health Senate
With the DMS, we are committed to an interdisciplinary approach to helping people lead healthier, fitter lives. The Health Senate offers an excellent platform for exchange without vested interests, promotes science, and works on sustainable concepts for prevention-oriented, holistic (dental) medicine. All senators uphold, support, and develop the vision and public welfare goals of the German Oral Health Foundation.
Senators
Senators are nominated to the Executive Board and Board of Trustees of the German Oral Health Foundation by other senators. The applications submitted are reviewed by at least two members of the Executive Board and/or Board of Trustees. Once approved by the members, the applicant is appointed as a senator to the Health Senate and receives a certificate confirming this appointment.

Through their membership, they work together to achieve the foundation's goals in dialogue with decision-makers from politics, science, and the media.
